Connection with Citrix Netscaler from HP Easyshell disconnect directly after start.

HP Easy Shell immediately disconnects from the NetScaler after setting up a connection. As a result, it is not possible to connect to published desktops and apps.

To solve this problem, HP EasyShell needs to be upgraded to HP EasyShell 3.6.17 or higher

Download and install HP EasyShell using :

- HP Thin Update

- HP Update Center vanuit HP Device Manager
